A cowboy builder - there is no better way to describe Aaron Parker. We paid considerable amount (all saving and loan) for a loft conversion and are left without a roof! The little roof work that he did was bodged and now all other tradesmen say it needs rectifying which will costs additional money. Internally only about 90% of wooden structure is complete, whilst we paid him for a painted, ready to move in finish. He mislead us saying most work is done and that windows, en-suite, staircase has been ordered, so that we keep paying. We now are finding out that it will cost us tens of thousands to finish the works and nothing has been ordered or paid for! The money we have left does not even cover the cost of finishing the roof. Beware – he seems like the most trustworthy, professional person, we never suspected his real nature. He did not offer any resolution to our situation knowing how difficult this will be for us. After all he has our money so why would he care. Despicable person!
