I asked Abco Doors & Windows to come back and quote on two bedroom windows. Email communication swift and clear, quote done within a timeframe that suited me and was at a satisfactory price. From initial email to installation = just under a month and that was with the order of windows needing to be made and delivered. Each time the team are polite, clean, professional and I am always really happy with the work and service they provide. Thank you!

Very pleased with our bi-fold patio doors and 5 windows. John explained everything and the quote was within budget for quality product. John and Ken the fitter took their time, did a very thorough job and left tbe house tidy. There was a short delay on delivery of the door but we were kept informed and they fitted it as soon as it arrived. Will certainly use Abco again to replace remaining windows.

John was an absolute god-send after I received very poor advice from other companies about fixing my bi-fold doors (I was told to replace them at great cost). John took time to do research on my behalf on the potential door manufacturer (no name on the door) and gave me extremely helpful information regarding information I should’ve received when I purchased my property. John is clearly someone who feels great satisfaction when work is done well. Barry and Ken, who came along to carry out the actual fix on the doors, clearly know their trade very well and we’re an absolute pleasure to deal with. The work was very fairly priced and has been carried out to a high standard, so I would highly recommend their services.

This is second time we have used ABCO to replace some windows. Also previously included a stable back door. On both occasions we were very pleased with the service we received. Excellent work, helpful and pleasant. Work done as said it would be, clean and tidy working.

Huge thanks to John and Ken for their hard work installing our two new windows for us. They were in an awkward spot to access, on the first floor but with a roof underneath that made life difficult, and old hardwood frames that were very difficult to remove, but John and Ken found clever solutions and worked incredibly carefully to minimise damage to the walls both internally and externally. You would hardly know there had been work done (apart from the lovely new windows!), they even managed to keep the tiles around the bathroom window intact. John was also always easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with. I would happily use ABCO again in future.

We’ve used ABCO to replace some windows and a front door, and fit bifolds. John is extremely knowledgeable about windows and doors and has been very polite and helpful throughout. They always delivered the products and fitted on time, and kept to the quoted price. The communication and aftercare was excellent, the FENSA certificates all arrived promptly afterwards. We will definitely use them again

We ordered our door through ABCO and were very reassured by the knowledge and openness of John when discussing our needs. There was a slight hitch from the manufacturer side but John was communicative and made sure that our door got installed as soon as it was available (which ended up being Christmas Eve morning). We were very happy with the overall service from ABCO and would recommend them to anyone looking for their service.

From my first meeting with John, I knew my windows were in safe hands. I had four or five other quotes but I was most impressed with John’s knowledge and after receiving the competitive quote I quickly decided on ABCO. I had a kitchen window and two bay windows done. John and his fellow workers Ken and Barry were totally professional and friendly. I am very pleased with the work completed today and will be calling John again when I am ready to replace some more windows. I would recommend using ABCO to my family and friends.
