From the moment we called to make an appointment to the last piece of scaffolding going down today we have been very pleased with the professional way we’ve been treated by Albion Windows. We live in a 5th/6th floor apartment so needed scaffolding to assist with the installation of the windows. Scaffolding quickly erected on the day before. Windows installed yesterday - very professionally and quickly. Scaffolding down today. Very pleased with the whole procedure. Would fully recommend Albion Windows. Thank you!

The whole process went very smoothly from quotation to measuring and installation. The man who came to quote offered advice on various options. The installation team was professional and considerate and did a great job. When one of the window panes hadn’t arrived with our order the team rectified the problem really quickly.

In commissioning this work - replacing window[s] we frequently changed our requirements and finally settled on getting one urgent window replaced while we sorted out other parts of the project. Albion were patient at all time and very flexible in dealing with the installation. This was completed today with an excellent finish and minimal disturbance. I hope we will be able to get them back for the rest of the work. Highly recommended family business.

Albion replaced my front door and 2 x bathroom windows, cannot believe how smooth it went, arrived at time was given protected hall and stairs, the 2 guys were really friendly and pleasant the replacement went so well and when they went you would have not known I had work done they cleaned everything and took rubbish, great experience well done.

Albion installed our new patio doors remarkably quickly and to a very high standard. The old doors were removed and everything cleared up efficiently. The survey and explanation of options was conducted in a friendly and clear manner and the price quoted was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Albion fitted two Roseview Ultimate Rose sash windows and an Endurance McKinkley 6 panel front door. For me. They made sure both windows, door and door frame all matched in Anthracite grey. My house is in a conservation area and these products were the closest I could find to looking like wood without being. I am very satisfied with both the quality and look of these products. Albion were competitive on price, the price didn’t change and they delivered the project on schedule. Albion provided me with a 5star service from start to finish. The salesman in their Hayes showroom was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t try and up sell. Their surveyor was on time and able to reassure me on my fit worries. The two fitters were punctual, tidy and polite. They took care and their finishing was very neat. The Croydon head office were helpful and prompt at replying to my queries, even when I changed my mind on front door hardware. All communication from start to finish with all involved was clear and immediate. Albion were a pleasure to deal with and I have had many compliments from my neighbours on how great the new windows and door look. I am absolutely over the moon. My house is no longer the ugly duckling in the street. I now have a swan! Thank you Albion!

I am absolutely delighted with my new windows. My old windows dated back to 1960's/70's and had a sort of plastic panel underneath. Albion replaced them with floor to ceiling windows which looks fabulous! The fitters were extremely professional and obviously very experienced and left no mess at all. I am very pleased indeed.

Albion were straightforward, friendly and helpful, and I'm delighted with my new windows. Communication was great throught the process and the work was carried out well and efficiently. I would use them again in future.
