personal staff , no furniture,just need transport less than 30 min Avoid at all costs ,he is a scammer he acted nicely and didn't ask for a price at all and after he came and loaded the van he doesn't want to move until I pay him full price and charging over 200 hundred more than other certified companies and then he said 180 and I went I gave him deposit because he started acting suspiciously then he say I can't and he wants full price to move and he started unloading and throwing my staff outside the van and all my ride was 1.5 miles and all staff in bags easy to hold ,no furniture,no assembly,no first floor all grounds and he is liar saying that he gave me a price range before . I could took 2 to 3 rides big Uber and sorted everything much cheaper and nice people, but I told him you got the money but you lose your dignity and respect for him he doesn't care because he got the money and the one who treated customer like that off course all he care is money , I trust my builders app to find local workers but this experience was bad . Answer from tradesperson: I am sorry that You were unhappy with the experience but I would like to clarified that, Before the job I explained that I could only give you a price range £120-£250 until I saw the full load which is my normal policy. However , the job was much larger than described there were around 35 bags, 3 luggage’s oven chairs King size mattress washing machine and other three boxes which field almost the entire van. This is one bedroom move. Unfortunately I have asked before even I start loading if I could give them the price however you have mentioned that it’s alright we can just load it We will discuss once as we arrived at the drop-off address.
