Chris did a survey and made very helpful suggestions. Bart removed the original up and over door and its frame and installed the new door and frame together with its operating mechanism. He did an excellent job and explained the operation of the door. He left the site clean and tidy.
From the start an unreliable and ultimately unfinished job. Took ages to get back to me even when I’d paid upfront for the necessary materials to fix my garage door. Then had to keep chasing . Guy came said he’d fixed it but I asked him as I looked back at the garage whether the door was supposed to be only halfway up . He replied “oh” . He hadn’t actually fixed it. Waited some more to get a date, eventually got two dates booked in and both time the technician failed to appear . I am still waiting for my door to be fixed and still waiting even for a new date . Never use again .
