My shower pump was not working and it need to be replaced. Engineer has arrived on time and and completed the work as per the quote.

Very happy with the work completed by my electrician, Mark. He paid attention to details, solved problems that arose. Everything works well and looks good. He communicated what he was doing, and left the place clean and tidy.

Kevin and Dan did a cracking job! They excavated around the manhole that Kevin's previous visit with the CCTV kit had ascertained was the problem. They quickly ascertained the issues and fitted replacement parts to the manhole to prevent the ingress of soil that had caused a small subsidence on the driveway. The block paving driveway was replaced neatly and tidily and the whole job took comfortably less than a day. Overall, very happy!

The electrician arrived right on time, completed all work required very efficiently and in general was lovely to deal with.

Kevin did a thorough job inspecting the drainage pipes with the CCTV camera and ascertained that the subsidence issue was not related to a fault with them. He did discover an old capped manhole that he believes was not properly sealed and has recommended that the area of the driveway is dug up to fully investigate and resolve the issue. He'll be back next week!

A reasonable quote was provided in advance. They were able to call out at my convenience and kept me informed via email and SMS. The plumber was polite, tidy and efficient. The repair was quickly sorted and I'm really pleased with the result.

In our double oven, the bigger fan Oven stopped working. It was a gamble to call out RY or go direct to the manufacturer as its 11 years old. The RY booking process was simple and the engineer called before arrival. He pulled out the Oven, sorted and repaired the issue within 15 minutes, Great stuff and only £5 above the call out charge (£98 inc VAT) If he had said that parts were required and I was looking at £150 I would not have blinked, so for honesty, timekeeping and communication, this was a 5* performance and would recommend. Jamie was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and organised. He undertook the trace minimising the amount of damage necessary to the walls and was very thorough in his work. He explained all his investigations and conclusions and identified the issue. Dealing with Jamie and Ry Group was a very positive experience. I highly recommend them.

I booked to have an electrician on two separate occasions. Having taken time off they cancelled on the day at very short notice (one hour before, and during the booked out time). I believe they contract out the work, they do not use their own engineers.
