"I was quoted on the phone that fitting the satellite and connecting the cable to the box would be £65 - £75 and will take an hour. I had already removed the dish from the wall and ran the cable onto the roof, through the tiles, and to the sky box. So pretty simple job ! Mr Clarke at the end of the job refused to except cash and insisted he sent me an invoice via Email. When t I received this it was TWICE the quoted price. Mr Clarke who was here for 1 hour but tried to charge 1.5 hours kindly altered the invoice to charge for 1 hour. At no time was I told it was plus VAT and parts. Dishonest !"
