"Alex was quick to respond to my original enquiry and gave a comprehensive quote with options for different units, as we were not sure which brand we wanted. On the originally agreed date, Alex called to say there had been a problem with the delivery of the units we had requested and offered to upgrade us to a more expensive unit and to complete the works on a Saturday at no extra charge to us, which I felt was very fair and reasonable. The installation was very smooth and carried out to a good standard, albeit we had one minor snag, however this was rectified very quickly."
