I contacted Ashley regarding my toilet leaking and water was coming through the lounge ceiling. He said he would come later that day. True to his word he came and kept me updated before his arrival which I appreciated! Fixed the issue no problem, was friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. Would 10/10 recommend.

Ashley was great - quickly repaired a leaking waste outlet under out bath after a few other plumbers let us down. Replaced the old chain and plug with a more modern plug to boot.

Came out on a Monday night after 5pm. Fair enough. Insisted our leak was poor bath cladding and charged £250. I paid immediately as they stayed until gone 7pm. This did not fix the leak however so I called back the next day. Explained we had no running water and a newborn baby and they said they’d be back at end of week. No communicated until late Friday, promising to return Monday. Ignored our messages and did not come back on Monday. We could have contacted other people in the meantime but held out for them. Definitely arrange contingency plan if using this tradesperson.
