Alex & Gemma have completed outstanding work to roof. Alex has been highly communicative throughout, sharing photos of before/after and identifying problem areas. His work on the lead box gutter between neighbouring semi has been exceptional and detail of drainage from it. Detailed, thorough, and hard working. Work was completed at the dates planned. Instantly trustworthy, knows his stuff and goes out of his way to sort things out. We had water leaking down a wall - he found the problem and fixed it the same day - despite the broken/missing tiles being in a really inaccessible place. He also gave some good advice on maintaining the roof and drainage in order to reduce or prevent future problems. Really excellent work - would definitely look to use him again.

Alex emailed a quote which gave me three options. Once I had chosen he gave me a date. I cannot fault any part of the process. There was minimum disruption on my property and he cleaned up when he had finished. I would recommend him without reservation.

Roof/flashing repair Started when he said he would, sent plenty of photo’s of all the work needed. I even added some jobs to the list and he willingly did everything. The results look fantastic. They cleared away all the rubbish. Couldnt actually want for anything more! Would highly recommend using ALD

When rained off made sure we knew exactly when he would be able to continue the work. Job was done to a very high standard - even the neighbours commented on the quality of work.
