It is a very poor service and team. I paid upfront fee for gas hob connection，they never sent any engineer. I called loads of times，they kept promising to send one but never happen. And finally asking for double the cost after one month and I refused and asked for refund of upfront fee as they had not provided services promised. They rudely blocked my number and refused to reply my email. Then I found another supplier with one third cost and delivered in two days.
We called All Home Repairs as our shower would not turn off. They arrived 2+ hours late with no communication and in turning the shower off have broken the shower and damaged the panelling behind- leaving us £365 down, with a cold, broken shower. They are putting the phone down on us, refusing to address our complaint and the one time I managed to speak to someone the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. We have been forced into taking this further. Please don't make the mistake we have and AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
