I moved into my property approximately 3 years ago and needed to change 2 Lever 5 locks and the cylinder of a night latch which were outdated locks. Joe was prompt to respond when I posted my job on 20th Feb 2026 and communication to confirm photos, quote and cost were friendly, professional and timely. Agreeing a date/time was straightforward. We felt the work was really reasonable priced too for the service he offered. I would recommend him for any locksmith issues.
