He came - punctually - to fix an issue I had with my boiler and thoroughly performed the kind of top-down repair and boiler service (3 hours +) that previous boiler engineers had frustratingly failed to carry out and got nowhere near to achieving in their lamentable and lazy haste to provide a temporary 20 minute fix.
