Work quoted for was completed to an adequate standard with pipes removed and cleaned up well. Unfortunately a connecting pipe was left too short to be re-connected and the team failed to notice that the soil stack stump left to connect the replacement stack was loose, (despite cutting to size and subsequently sealing.) These contributed to an increased timescales and cost of subsequent re-installation and make good. The challenges were raised with Amiante and an apology and suitable explanation was provided with an offer to contribute £50 to charity since I had already paid the invoice.
