Highlights
"The quality of Andrew's work was good, but he left the job part way through and didn't come back for 3.5 weeks. Whilst part of this delay was understandable - he was waiting for quartz worktops to be produced, which took about 8 days - the 3.5 week delay was unacceptable and was caused by the fact that Andrew took another job which he insisted on completing before returning to finish our kitchen. Even more unacceptable were the ignored emails and the rude emails he sent to us when we raised issues with him."
"Great job! Andrew kept me informed at all times, managed issues with the supplier, and managed to keep to time despite some supply issues and complications."
Detailed reviews
When completed the work looked fine. Andrew was anxious that I give him a good rating on Checkatrade immediately and I complied. Then the problems started. The first issue was a defective washer which he promised to replace. He never did, ignoring emails and phone calls. Later a much more serious defect developed in the shower room ceiling. It had not been properly sealed and the paint started peeling off. I chased him again on May 14th and again he has ignored me. I can see from a recent negative review [Customer in London May 2020] that I am not the only person to be treated like this.
