Paul Crosby Bathroom Refurbs

We had both Paul’s come along to refit upstairs and bathroom and 2-3 weeks later to tile a downstairs shower room. On both occasions they were brilliant. Started working as soon as they arrived. Which was same time every day. Only stopped for lunch and that seemed to be about 15-20 minutes each day. They were friendly, respectful, & polite. Just cannot fault them in any way. The final price came in slightly less than they had quoted which was a bonus. We cannot praise Paul(s) highly enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring a new bathroom.

Beautiful re-seal of shower tray mastic edging. Strongly recommend Paul for jobs of this kind which a) aren't always an easy DIY option and b) absolutely require someone with the skill to apply silicon sealant neatly.

Paul and his associates took out the old bathroom and redesigned the layout, which made the best use of space available. They replastered, tiled, put in new bathroom suite, new flooring and new lighting. They removed old bathroom door and fitted a new one. We were so pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Paul's work. We love our new bathroom!!

Paul has been my plumber for some time and not only is his work of exceptional quality he has also been great in a crisis, coming home from holiday to find water leaking from the bathroom into the room below. His son Paul who is his partner is an exceptional tiler and the quality of his work compliments the work done by dad. They have been my plumbers for over 15 years.

Paul was fantastic throughout the whole process of sorting out our bathroom. He communicated well, was punctual and really helpful with any questions we had. Excellent job from Paul and his colleague at a very reasonable price. They were tidy, efficient and friendly. The parts that came with the bath were a bit dodgy, so Paul quickly went out to get new parts straight away (which ended up being cheaper than the parts I'd ordered originally!) Really happy with how the work turned out and would highly recommend them.

We chose Paul for a major bathroom job: strip out old bath, remove tiles from floor and walls, install walk in shower, install and tile new wall and replace floor tiles. We were encouraged when we saw they were recommended by a lot of individuals and all gave Paul top marks. We found Paul and his son polite, personable, agreeable and very tidy workers. They explained clearly what needed to be done; including dealing with a previously hidden Durgo valve. They offered invaluable advice which contributed to a wonderful new bathroom. If you want a job done then hire Paul and his son.

Paul and his son offered a wonderful service when they refitted out bathroom. From initial discussions about what could/couldn't be done to problem solving when unexpected issues arose during the refit, they were excellent. The were also really considerate, respectful and tidy in our home. We are thrilled with the end result and would most definitely recommend them.

Paul did a brilliant job of tiling three walls of the kitchen. The workmanship and finish was first class. Turned up and did the work as quoted. No problems at all. I would happily recommend him to others.

We could not fault any part of the process from Paul’s first visit to discuss the job through to completion. The quality of work was of an exceptional standard and any issues were dealt with without fuss. Both Paul’s were professional, polite and friendly throughout and would be a credit to the Trade. The area was left tidy and clean at the end of each day. Although we had to wait 6 months for Paul to be available for the work, it was certainly a wait worthwhile. Fully recommended.

We are absolutely in love with our en-suite, expertly refitted by Paul and his son! The workmanship is flawless - everything finished to a high standard and the tiling in particular is beautiful. Both Paul and his son were a pleasure to have in the house - polite, friendly and tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend - if fact consider your search over, you will not find better. When we redo the main bathroom these guys would be our first choice!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul Crosby and Paul Kinsey. They arrived early on day 1, keeping in contact with me on the lead up as they were so busy, and we were really grateful for that. I had designed a pattern which they faithfully and painstakingly recreated, and they had lots of solutions ready for when we needed to tweak things. I - and others - couldn't believe how quick they were, and the quote was excellent for the work they did. It was carried out to such a high standard - thanks Paul and Paul, look forward to having you back again for our other rooms!

Excellent work carried out by both Pauls to fit 2 new bathrooms. Really friendly, knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process from start to finish. Extremely clean, tidy and respectful of our home. Will definitely be using them again if needed. Best tradespeople we have used!

This is the third job Paul has done for us ( having previously tiled two bathrooms) - as always, Paul did a fantastic job , turning up as agreed and on time , managing expectations and went above and beyond - the advice and guidance he gave during the works also makes such a difference. We have recommended Paul to friends as he is not just a perfectionist but friendly personable and a pleasure to have working in the house.
