Following a very disappointing visit from an engineer from Local Gas London Services- we seek a second opinion- and found Richard. He identified the banging sound was not due to a faulty pump (as suggested by previous engineer). Richard serviced our Baxi Bermuda back boiler, and the results were immediate- the boiler became much quieter. We would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable gas engineer.

Richard was punctual, thorough, and polite. He carefully explained the problems he found with the boiler as he uncovered them. I asked for routine maintenance but he discovered that the alterations to the system had been severely botched by others in previous years. The boiler is running much better now and I am fully confident of that his work was high quality. Thank you Richard.
