Following a very disappointing visit from an engineer from Local Gas London Services- we seek a second opinion- and found Richard. He identified the banging sound was not due to a faulty pump (as suggested by previous engineer). Richard serviced our Baxi Bermuda back boiler, and the results were immediate- the boiler became much quieter. We would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable gas engineer.

If you want your boiler to last its longevity or beyond then Richard is your man. Clear, honest and professional is all you need, does all work and checks properly ensuring everything is left in it's proper and perfect state. Will go that extra bit to help someone including with competitive and fair pricing, nothing to stress when you're in such good hands!

Up to the usual high standard that we've come to expect from Aqua. All stages of the boiler installation were explained. We were shown how it worked in respect of the summer and winter settings.

Richard was very professional, courteous, punctual and obliging. He certainly knows his stuff and nothing was too much trouble for him! If you need a boiler serviced or gas fire looked at, this is your man! I will definitely use him again. Thank you Richard!
