Excellent work. Would recommend 100% and very good value for money. Completely removed my ensuite bathroom, replaced plaster walls, re plastered and painted. Totally redesigned layout and replaced shower, wc and sink in built in unit. Professional and even helped my father in law out at very short notice with an emergency.

If I weren't present during the refurbishments, I would have said Sham used some sort of magic to transform a ran down flat into a sleek and bright space in less than a month. From getting rid of decades-old wallpaper and repainting the whole place from top to bottom, to the trimmings, he shown precision, a keen eye for details, and true mastery in his trade. His showpiece must be the bathroom, which came with deep-rooted issues, such as mould and water damage. Several other workers had come and failed, and yet ten months after Sham took care of it, the bathroom is still pristine, easier to maintain, and issue-free. Same as the rest of the flat, I must say. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, who uses top tier tools and supplies, a good communicator with a strong work ethic, search no further. Sham is your man!

We contacted Sham after we had a small leak in our bathroom. Sham removed and retiled our bathroom floor, replaced our shower tray with a bath and installed a new radiator, sink unit and toilet. We are delighted with our finished bathroom. Being a very small space, we didn’t think what we wanted would fit in the space, but Sham guided us through the process. He is friendly and professional, and his work is clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend and will use again!
