Waste water pump in utility room replaced on 9th Dec .I reported to Martin promptly it was flooding the room when washing machine was used.He did not attend to look at it until 11th Jan and booked to return on 18th, appt. Cancelled, same again on 19th, rebooked for 1st Feb, waited in all day, did not turn up and no message, apology or offer to come back. After 10 weeks of flooding we have had to pay another plumber to do job again and he advised pump Martin fitted was not fit for purpose and not installed correctly. Martin is not replying to emails of complaint and request for refund.

Martin and his team arrived on time and worked professionally, keeping me informed at all times on progress throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy and I received a follow up call from Martin to check all was well the following day. Very happy.

Excellent work done to complete satisfaction. Also very helpful in providing help and advice to jobs outside the scope of the main job.
