First class service all round
Their second visit: thoroughly professional and we won’t look elsewhere for boiler servicing or repair.
Excellent service, knowledgeable engineers and great value for money.
They are always reliable, explain everything very well and are friendly and helpful. Their charges are very competitive and they are always clear about what they will be doing and never come up with any surprise extras, unlike some companies!. We use them regularly for these reasons.
Central Heating broke down. The Boiler Engineer diagnosed the problem promptly and satisfactorily remedied it.

Prompt and efficient service as always
A professional, efficient and effective repair carried out by friendly and knowledgeable engineers.
I have called the Boiler Engineer on three occasions, and each time the service has been excellent. The last time I called the Boiler Engineer was because my boiler would not start. The Boiler Engineer arrived on time, and I was informed that the boiler had been turned off thats why it would not fire up. It was my own fault; there was nothing wrong with the boiler. Just to be sure, they checked the system and could find nothing wrong. Later that day, I received an email informing me that there would be no charge for the visit!! What a brilliant service.
The engineer was very polite, clean and tidy and carried out the work very efficiently
