"Contacted Back to Back Staff when it was time for changes in the downstairs bathroom. I wanted them to remove a bath and pedestal sink and install a shower enclosure, shower wall panels and a basin and vanity unit. I expected the plumbing to be a nightmare, given previous experiences within the house. And it was as bad as I expected. BTBS priced the job initially but said there might be changes if the nightmare happened, which it did. But, given the amount of extra work involved, I was happy with the total cost. They did a good job, finished within the time stated and tidied up after."
