We have been using BBS Plumbing for about 3 years now, from servicing the boiler to repairing it. Last winter our boiler broke down and decided to replace it to a combi-boiler. We also wanted to install the new boiler at a different place: downstairs instead of the previou place upstairs. It was a sizeable job as the pipes had to be re-routed and Bernard executed the job excellently. Bernard and his team were always very professional and cleaned up after the job. For the service that we received, I'd say they are excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Jack came on time. Came to fix a new tap to mains water supply. Good clean job. Rates are a bit higher than that of a handyman. Would use the company again.

Plumber came to assess leak from toilet cistern. Tried to get replacement part but it was too large for cistern so arranged to come two days later with correct part bought from larger retailer. Replaced oump with brass fitting (as opposed to old plastic pipe fitting) and removed scale from thread. Diagnosed another leak on wall behind boiler and tightened another nut thus closing it off. Reasonable price, and very helpful operative Bernard.

I had a leak from the outlet pipe of the washing machine. Bernard was helpful, he came within 48 hours, immediately found the problem & bought the necessary spare parts then replaced the faulty pipe. Bernard is quick efficient & his charge was reasonable. I will certainly use him again should the need arise.

It was immediately obvious that Bernard knew exactly what he was talking about and when he made suggestions about the work to be done he explained exactly what his thinking was.
