We recently had our wet room completely renovated by this fabulous team, and I cannot speak highly enough of their work. What started as what we thought would be a standard refurb quickly turned into a nightmare when the floor tiles were lifted to reveal the underfloor was rotten! Without hesitation, they removed everything, replaced all the floor joists, and made everything sound before being able to begin the renovations. Their professionalism was outstanding; Punctual, hardworking, and meticulous, they ensured everything was perfect, offering helpful advice and suggestions along the way, showing genuine care about the finished result. The attention to detail is second to none, and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, which made a huge difference in keeping disruption to a minimum. Our wet room is now completely transformed, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be using them again for any future projects.

Over the past 18 months Berkshire Direct have done all the plumbing for our kitchen and utility and we then got them back to do our downstairs toilet, family bathroom and install a water softener. All of the work was done to an exceptionally high standard and the expert advice we received from Andreas really helped us make the right decisions, particularly on the best way to effectively heat our open plan kitchen and how to get the best out of our family bathroom. Without their advice, I’ve got no doubt the end results wouldn’t have been as good as they are. We’d used various other plumbers in the past and although they’d done what we asked, the standard of work wasn’t as high and they didn’t show the same interest in helping us get the most of our the work we were having done. This really sets Berkshire Direct apart - I would highly recommend them.
