“We recently had our wet room completely renovated by this fabulous team, and I cannot speak highly enough of their work. What started as what we thought would be a standard refurb quickly turned into a nightmare when the floor tiles were lifted to reveal the underfloor was rotten! Without hesitation, they removed everything, replaced all the floor joists, and made everything sound before being able to begin the renovations. Their professionalism was outstanding; Punctual, hardworking, and meticulous, they ensured everything was perfect, offering helpful advice and suggestions along the way, showing genuine care about the finished result. The attention to detail is second to none, and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, which made a huge difference in keeping disruption to a minimum. Our wet room is now completely transformed, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be using them again for any future projects.”

“Over the past 18 months Berkshire Direct have done all the plumbing for our kitchen and utility and we then got them back to do our downstairs toilet, family bathroom and install a water softener. All of the work was done to an exceptionally high standard and the expert advice we received from Andreas really helped us make the right decisions, particularly on the best way to effectively heat our open plan kitchen and how to get the best out of our family bathroom. Without their advice, I’ve got no doubt the end results wouldn’t have been as good as they are. We’d used various other plumbers in the past and although they’d done what we asked, the standard of work wasn’t as high and they didn’t show the same interest in helping us get the most of our the work we were having done. This really sets Berkshire Direct apart - I would highly recommend them.”

Andreas is amazing. Great communication, very thorough and we enjoy working with him for all our plumbing needs
We just had Andres back to do a complete system flush on our 30 year old house. This was after the successful kitchen fit out back in April (see earlier review). It soon transpired that nearly every radiator needed its valves replacing and the system was in a poor way. Andres explained at each stage what was happening and after a long day he left with everything sorted and cleaned away. The heating in the house is much better now. Better balanced Very professional and would thoroughly recommend.
Always reliable
Andreas and Rahman worked on our new home build. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They’ve delivered the full scope of work to the highest standard. 6 bathrooms, Kitchen, Utility and plant room. Gas connection as well as Valiant ASHP. The pipe work is top notch. The hardware has all been fitted to exacting standards. They are now managing heating and domestic hot water efficiency remotely after doing a full handover. Shows their commitment. Fully recommended. Thank you.

My combi boiler had broken down and I was in desperate need for a replacement as I was going to hospital for an operation and a friend recommended this company And I am so glad that I did Andres came around and I was very impressed with his professionalism and communication skills with advice concerns and how pronto he was able to help Andres is a true professional hardworking efficient and honest from start to finish and the home is treated with care and left immaculate I have no hesitation in recommending this company and already have Many thanks To Berkshire direct heating

They did great work in our new kitchen which involved completely moving the washing machine and radiator plus sorting out the “mess” we inherited under the sink. Neat tidy job. Also helped out with some queries we had on our overall heating and we are having them back in the autumn to do a complete system flush. Would definitely recommend
