"Called them in to fix a blockage in bathroom pipework that was preventing sink and bath draining properly. Affected pipework was behind a tiled wall. They sent someone to assess the issue, and suggested a couple of approaches. We chose a full replacement of the affected pipework (we had already tried everything else (chemicals, rodding, vacuuming, endoscopes, etc). Ben was a pleasure to have around and did a really good job. Problem solved as planned and bathroom left as it was before he started, with the addition of a hidden access point. Very happy. "Complex job to get to root cause(s). Turned out shower pump and cartridge were at fault (very old shower originally fitted with extension @ 15 years ago. New shower installed along with pump and everything works well now with modern fitting easier to repair if problems occour is the future. Rob was excellent in care he took on the technical aspects of job to resolve challenges of the job and the care he took in making a good finish and clearing work area of all debris."
