Detailed reviews
New fences Booked to do 2 sides of fencing,9 panels in total. Did the first side without issues. Then when trying to get him to do the other side he cancelled/didn’t turn up 4 times. Tried to get a resolution, of a partial refund (as I paid for more than 1/2 of the job - my fault for doing that, I know) and to have a missing fence panel delivered (1 wasn’t delivered), but it was like pulling teeth. He ignored all forms of contact on mybuilder/email/txt/calls, despite him reading some of the messages. He eventually got in touch offering to complete the job, but I’d already organised someone else to do it, as I needed reliability at this point. As a compromise, I said I’d accept resolution if he were to organise delivery of missing fence panel. He eventually sent me the phone number, but they had no records of him so I couldn’t even get the missing panel. The one side he did seemed decent work, but unfortunately he is unreliable and has awful communication. So I couldn’t in good faith recommend.
