Take out and install a bathroom suite Did some good work but let us down when not accepting responsibility for his failure to commission a bore hole filtration installation that did not give us clear water for 6 months. We only found out when I employed and paid Anglian water to come out to check the system and they reported that it had never worked since installation as he did not open the air valve and so there was no chance that the iron could be put into suspension so the next cylinder could filter it properly. They opened the valve and the water is 70 cleaner - I suggest to Ben he paid £115 for the Anglian visit and install one 5 micron filter at his cost so we get the clear water he promised before being awarded the contract. I have not heard from him after this reasonable compensation request for 6 months yellow water that children will not bath in, guests are concerned with and will not drink. So would not hire him again (Updated on 17 Sep 2018) Answer from tradesperson: Had the customer contacted me to let me know they were still having problems I would have been more than happy to rectify. But as the customer took it upon themselves to instruct someone else there was very little I could do. Reply created 17 Sep 2018
