Brilliant helpful service and installation
Jamie installed a new water softener and could have not been more helpful throughout the process. He explained everything to me and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism from start to finish Everything was straightforward and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a water softener

What an amazing company!
Fortunately, I came across KindWater via Google, whilst searching for a replacement for my ageing softener. I received a reply to my initial enquiry within 20 minutes and an appointment for an ispection and potential replacement was arranged for the following week. The tecnician, Jamie, arrived 25 minutes earlier than expected and set about assessing the situation. Just over an hour later I had my new softener installed and running. Jamie was the epitome of the perfect tradesman. Polite, efficient and very knowledgeable about his trade. No mess, no fuss and perfect install. Contacting the company to pay for the work was easy and handled by another professional. All in all, an absolutely excellent experience and I cannot recommend KindWater highly enough.

Water softener replacement
Unfortunately our water softener had reached the end of it's life. However it had served us for 21 years, so guess it can't last forever. We have dealt with Kindwater for many years and have always been delighted with their service. Today, Jamie identified the issue with the old unit and installed a new one with the minimum of fuss. Jamie has been to us for checks in the past and as always he was really knowledgeable, efficient and a warm friendly guy. Although it's a bit of a shock to have such a large unexpected invoice, we are completely satisfied with the service and would recommend Kindwater wholeheartedly.

Highly recommended
KindWater installed a new water softener in my flat. On the initial survey Jamie provided much more detailed information than the other companies who'd surveyed the property about what the installation and operation of the softener would involve. There was no hard sell at all (again, unlike the other companies I'd contacted). The installation itself went very smoothly. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the service from KindWater.

Installation of water softener - Excellent service
Jamie visited us and confirmed our suspicions about the hard water in our area. He advised us the best solution to protect our appliances and heating system. The quote we received was well within our expectations and his professional advice was very helpful. Installation took place within days and was quick and easy. We now enjoy superb soft water with safe knowledge that the after sales service is constantly on hand. Jamie and his Company are highly recommended by us. New water softener
Haven't had a water softener before. So checked out companies in the area and came across kind Water softeners had inquired with some other companies but found them to be rather pushy. So we decided on giving Kind water softeners ago. Jamie came out to do an assessment the stopcock was hidden behind the kitchen cupboard which was not easy to find. He did a great job finding it and worked out what needed to be done to fit the softener under the sink.He came back to fit a few days later all is working perfectly a big thanks to Jamie and the company.

Great service from KindWater
I had a really positive experience with KindWater from start to finish. I looked at a few different companies before making a decision, but KindWater stood out straight away because of their excellent customer service and how genuine and honest they felt throughout the process. They were always responsive, clear in their communication, and happy to answer any questions I had without any pressure. That made a big difference when choosing who to trust with the installation. A special mention goes to Jamie, who carried out the installation. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. The work was completed to a high standard, and he took the time to explain everything properly, making sure I was comfortable with how it all worked before leaving. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend KindWater to anyone considering a water softener. Professionally installed Water Softener
From start to finish, Kind Water have been helpful, professional and friendly throughout. Jamie, the engineer, provided a clear and concise description of water he was going to do and when providing the quote gave all available options. He arrived promptly on the day of installation and completed the job well, leaving the area clean and tidy, always respecting my property. He explained what he had done and how the Softener worked. Would highly recommend both Kid Water and Jamie. My last softener, also installed by Kind Water, lasted about 15 years and I didn’t hesitate to have them replace it. Good work.

I’ve used Kindwater twice now, once to rent a softener at my previous property and to install a new softener at my new property. The customer service they provide is excellent. Reliable and Professional
Jamie came out earlier in the week to do a survey, clearly explaining what the benefits of a water softener would offer and the services that they could provide. He gave me a range of options, and there was no hard sell or pressure. He then came back later in the week to fit the machine, and did an excellent job, everything was fitted perfectly and as expected and he left the kitchen in a good state. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Could not have asked for more.

Fantastic, clean, and friendly service.
Our children have a rare skin condition that affects many areas of our everyday lives. We were distraught at the idea of having to replace our broken water softener, but found a KindWater via Which TrustedTraders. In less than a week, I had an appointment made almost immediately by my enquiry over the weekend, a visit from a technician, and a new water softener fitted. The replacement product is so much better than our previous one - and the cost and instalment plan were excellent (considering this was an unexpected expense). Jamie was very knowledgeable and helped so much with our decision making during his initial visit. During the subsequent fitting, that continued with great advice, clean and tidy work and detailed answers to my questions. I really appreciated the prompt responses and that I never felt like I was being pushed or sold to. A fantastic trader experience.

Our water softener failed and I found this company on line. They proved to be efficient from the initial call to the service a few days later. The engineer carried out a thorough service. An hour or so later the water softener was fully working and all was left very clean and tidy. The engineer explained one or two useful tips. I will not look anywhere else in future for our water softener needs.

Fast, efficient and professional
Having used Kind Water for 20+ years I was not surprised by the service received today. As always, a speedy response. I called yesterday at 1.30pm and explained to a very helpful chap that our hired water softener had developed a fault (it is 9 years old and we live in an extremely hard water area). By 11.15am today we had a new softener installed. The engineer was Jamie, who had visited previously for a routine service. Jamie mentioned that he had worked with Kind Water for 17 years, which speaks volumes when considering suppliers! Jamie carried out the work in a fast, professional and helpful manner taking time to talk through various options and settings on the new device. Would highly recommend the Kind Water Team!
