Boiler Breakdowns

They were very quick - I am unable to comment on the tidiness and workmanship as the job was completed at my tenants flat and I did not witness their work. I felt uncomfortable about giving my credit card details over the phone and would have preferred to pay by BACS, but was told this was not an option.

The plumber was finally able to get to us at about 9.30 pm having been expected between 1 and 7. He called us at 7.20 to tell us he would be an hour and a half from then and we could rebook for the following day if we preferred. When he came he looked at the tank and took less than 10 minutes to diagnose and said he might have the part in his van and would get us a price. He came back with part and told us the whole job was £365 inc VAT. What? The part costs approx £30 and we were already paying him £100 for the first hour. We declined and paid him £100. What a rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Would highly recommend. Lee called ahead and came first thing to service the boiler. Super helpful. All sorted in no time.
