I rang Gary and reported a boiler that was cutting out regularly, making disturbing noises and delivering inconsistent water temperature. He went out of his way to fit me in a short notice and within an hour of his arrival, my boiler had stopped grumbling, is delivering consistent water temperature and I awoke to a warm house for the first in a while.
