"Clive arrived at short notice in response to my request regarding a water leak in the WC supply. He not only had to replace the leaking water supply pipe but remove the original tiles and plywood boxing to get to it. He returned a few days later to replace the plywood boxing (I did not ask for new tiling so easy access could be gained in future, if needed). As usual, everything was carried out very professionally and the WC was left clean and tidy."
