"Usman responded quickly to my query and visited to see what was required. He promptly gave me a quote. Happy with the work he did, would definitely use again for any work needed in my bathroom. Only issue was that he didn't take away the old sink etc However, this wasn't discussed before the work was carried out. I just assumed it would be taken."

Usman did a good job but there have been some problems since then. The toilet Runs continuously after flushing. The radiator was fixed too near the door so the housing officer has asked it to be moved. Despite numerous calls and promises that he’s an honest local builder and would come back to correct problems he has ignored my calls. He’s reading my messages but ignoring them. I have had to pay for the toilet to be fixed but the radiator needs moving to a safer place. Please get in touch and correct the problems. You told me you are a good builder and will fix any problems
