When he first came out, he seemed professional. When he came to do the job, I was away but my mum was home. Him and one of his workers changed the flute, however the pipe was bent quite a bit, there’s a hole in our ceiling where the pipe comes out and our boiler is now making a really loud sound when we use hot water. It is not safe at all. He tried to tell us out boilers bust when my mum called him, however we have recently had it checked int he past 6 months and wee told its fine. He has now ignored myself and my mum and has blocked my number. Were supposed to have 6 year guarantee…?!
