"I just want to thank Bobby so much for taking the time to come round and sort out what ended up being a small issue with my roof. Having just had a baby and it being almost Christmas I was worried we would have a bigger problem on our hands but he put my mind at ease and came round straight away to sort this out without charging us too which was so kind of him.
