We recently had a boiler check-up, which quickly determined that a full boiler replacement was necessary. Tom managed the entire process flawlessly, ensuring it was as smooth and stress-free as possible. The workmanship was truly wonderful. Really good experience. We had an issue with our boiler and Tom arrived quickly, investigated the issue and unfortunately had to condemn our boiler. Not ideal but the next working day our boiler was replaced and we had a thermostat set up and working by midday! Really happy with the overall service provided and Tim’s speed considering the frustrating situation- would use this service again.

Tom arrived on time and carried out the work as expected. Recommended and installed replacement electric water heater after ours broke unexpectedly. Fair price!

Tom was able to come assess the issue with our boiler very quickly and return the next day to install a replacement. He was extremely helpful explaining our options, the work was undertaken efficiently and the area left very tidy. Tom also took time to explain the paperwork etc and sent an instruction video which was really useful. Will certainly be in touch with Tom in the future for boiler servicing and any other jobs. Within an hour of posting, Tom responded. He quoted his prices, I checked his reviews and arranged a visit. He was able to visit quickly and was clear In his communication and arrived on time. He looked at the boiler (which had been unused for a while), made and explained tests, and what the results meant. He offered both repair and replacement options. I chose to replace the boiler. The following day he returned and replace the boiler, pipework and fixed a few other minor issues. He was quick, courteous, and cleaned up after. I am happy and would use him again. Recommended.
