Highlights

"1) Remove block pavers and dig out a 1m x 1m x 1m pit and backfill with concrete and level in order to support the weight of the new cavity wall. 2) remove old wooden porch and dispose into skip. 3) support existing roof with acrow props 4) insulate between ceiling joists of existing roof with 100mm celotex 5) fit new soffit fascia and guttering. He did a new porch for me. He was very professional, reliable and diligent. Also very tidy and will recommend him."

"Redecorate a 25 sq metre front room - to include protecting / removing carpet and masking up around light fixtures and fittings. Painting of all the walls and ceilings and glossing internal woodwork to include skirtings, architrave, window boards and door frames. Painting and decorating large rooms. finishing work, smoothing and sanding and prepping Clean tidy and attention to detail. Craftsmanship excellent. Ensure work done and inline with customer expectations Very thorough yet dedicated to completing within time agreed. Carpentry- staircase remodelling and securing. Amazing working and good craftsmanship with attention to detail."
