Great contact and communication with Angelo throughout. Chris arrived exactly when he said he would, was extremely courteous, solved the leak quickly at my Mothers house on the Friday evening before Christmas. An out of hours call out so it was slightly expensive however I was made aware of the cost upfront and was offered a core day alternative however we needed the leak sorted asap. I can’t speak highly enough about both the work and service and would highly recommend. Shaws will now be my “go to” plumbers for any future work. Thank you Chris and Angelo.

Once booked kept us informed about the process and arrived on time. Engineer was polite and considerate and the work was carried out efficiently and left no mess.
