I needed a plumber as a matter of urgency, with water coming through the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom. It was a Saturday, but Gavin answered the call and came out promptly. He soon located the problem, obtained the required parts and completed the works in a timely manner.

Fantastic service. I had contacted a few plumbers for availability and price but they either never replied or booked me in then never turned up. Then I messaged Gavin who responded promptly, gave price over the phone and explained the quality of his parts used and guarentee of work. He then let me know 1 hour before arrival and turned up exactly at time agreed. He was very fast and could see quality of products was high. He tested before leaving and there was no mess. Gavin came round the day after my initial contact and unblocked our bathroom sink, finding the easiest and least costly solution in no time at all. He was pleasant and very straightforward to deal with.

Reached out to Gavin for help fitting a washing machine. He came round within a few days of the initial message and got it up and running for us. Also replaced a couple of broken parts (second hand machine) after noticing them during installation for a very minimal extra cost. Very affordable and great service. Will be contacting him with any issues in future!
