I can not praise enough Complete Boiler Solutions. Brad have been very helpful with fast response fixing Vaillant boiler. Had us back with heating within 3 hours despite having to source new part for my boiler, at the same time he serviced boiler too. Great and polite communication, with a clean, tidy and efficient installation. Rates were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Having serviced our boiler, Bradley returned to fit a Hive smart meter. He is quick to respond to any messages/phone calls (we had had previous experience of some plumbers not returning our calls) and always tries to get out to us as soon as possible. He is a very amicable young man and so professional, going above and beyond to check every safety aspect. He is also a very clean worker and respectful of our property. We would not hesitate to recommend Bradley to anyone requiring a trustworthy plumber.

Bradley did an excellent job but where he surpassed other plumbers was how transparent he was on prices and what he would fit. There wasn’t just a quote, he walked me through the quote, giving me options for radiators and explaining the different types and how each would impact on costs, so it was my decision exactly what was fitted and I was clear on what the cost of my decisions would be. Where he found a problem with older pipes, he stayed longer to fix it and didn’t charge anymore, and again he explained the issue and told me what to look out for should the problem arise again and to give him a call if it did. I really appreciated how clear he was on the products and the work so I understood what was going on and there were no surprises or hidden costs which can often happen with traders. Highly recommend.
