"Complete Service Maintenance Ltd. Was chosen to undertake the work because the company offered 10 year workmanship guarantees (both company-backed and insurance-backed) and was able to supply both the type and configuration of rainwater goods required. During installation, a construction anomaly (with my roof) was discovered, and rectified by the contractor at no extra charge, which was a very nice touch. Practically all of the work was completed on time, but, a very small, and weather-dependent, aspect of the dry-ridge installation, took longer to complete than I would have liked."
