From work-from-homers and families to artists and entrepreneurs, Conker's studios are perfect as home-offices, gyms, entertainment rooms, extra accommodation, AirBnb annexes and everything in between. A place just for you. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we build - using Passivhaus principles, we create spaces with truly market-leading levels of internal comfort, air quality, thermal efficiency and locally sourced materials...typically overlooked by "garden room" suppliers. Our Scandinavian ground-screw foundation system ensures that no concrete or excavation is needed, meaning less disruption to you and zero harm to the environment. Every Conker project is completely bespoke and puts you in the driving seat. You will be guided through the design process, with the help of sketches and CGI imagery as well as material samples. We provide a fully itemised schedule of works which informs the final quotation. Should you wish to proceed to construction, we undertake the entire process including foundations, electrics, plumbing and any other specialist services you may require.
