Very rapid response after I walked into my kitchen to find the floor under water - AE had someone with me within 40 minutes of calling. Quickly identified the fault and made a repair to a pipe that had awkwardly burst inside the wall. The craftsman clearly knew what he was doing and cleaned up after himself as well. Very happy with the service and would recommend for emergencies!

Called at midday the 2 Engineers Arian and Mohammed were at my place at 1.30pm .. they communicated brilliantly what my issue was and got straight to work. They worked efficiently and quickly to fix what in their words was a major blockage in just 2 hours ... 2 guys came out within a couple hours of calling on a Sunday afternoon. They talked me through how my drains were blocked, talked me through the costs and their solutions and they finished in a couple hours. My drains are now clear and I am very happy with the service.

Our neighbours were having their drains unblocked by the specialists and they noticed more blockages were on our property too, which they politely and plainly explained and showed to us. They were kind enough to unblock our drains, there and then, and provided helpful tips to avoid blockage in the future. The professionals were quick and the several blockages were dealt with in under an hour, and compared to others we found online, were £130 cheaper!
