"Carl did a great job. Always turned up when he said he would, charged by the hour, understood what I was trying to achieve and did a really thorough job. His bill was very reasonable, though not total cut rate and I thought it was fair. He also went out of his way to be helpful, dropping off catalogues, parts, etc as needed."
