"Stefan is fantastic. My dishwasher broke 1 week before Christmas. I called Stefan and he was professional, honest and friendly. He came the next day and completed the work within 25 minutes, yet stayed around for the full hour to check the dishwasher was working properly. Stefan had never installed a heat pump before, but was the only tradesman I spoke to that was happy to try and help. He wants to solve problems and learn new skills, rather than walking away if something is outside his expertise. I would recommend him to anyone. You saved my Christmas!"
