All of the contractors who worked on my project were friendly and approachable. The work was done competently, on budget and only slightly over the quoted time. My project was a large extension to the rear of the house incorporating a loft conversion. The project included the installation of two new bathrooms. Where design issues arose Mark's team were able to suggest alternative approaches and either absorbed additional costs or kept them to a bare minimum. Mark managed the project and we had clear reports on progress and invoices for staged payments. There were very few snags and the few I did have were dealt with promptly and without quibble. I have recommended Constructive Approach to a number of friends who have in turn recommended them to others. I would gladly use Constructive Approach again."

"Large two storey extension, loft conversion and refurbishment to the existing house I have known Mark Kinnard for a number of years, from a business point of view, during which time his company have performed various building tasks for me. The largest was in 2008 which involved a major renovation of our Edwardian house, plus a sympathetic two story extension and a loft conversion. His team are extremely trustworthy and tidy with a good sense of humour and their work is of a particularly high standard. They are always willing to deal with any requests for changes without complaint, however difficult it may prove to be. Should there be any issues to be resolved, of which there is bound to be some in a large project, I have always found Mark Kinnard to be very approachable and after a civilized discussion we have always been able to resolve any differences of opinion. Our project was not completed within the proposed time scales but this was largely due to unexpected problems arising within the renovation side of things and was something that any builder would have experienced. The final bill would have matched the original quotation if we had not requested a number of extras as the project evolved. Finally, I can say that I would have no hesitation in recommending constructive approach and have indeed done so on a number of occasions to friends, relatives and neighbours who have all been more than happy with the standard of work completed for them."
