Great experience overall. The tradesman was upfront and transparent about the challenges involved, clearly explaining what could and couldn’t be done and why. Although there were delays to the original agreed time, this was communicated honestly rather than glossed over. They also had to return the following day due to not having the required items on the first visit, which again was explained openly.
