"Joel did an excellent job installing a new boiler, he was efficient and communicated clearly. I also had a leak from a cylinder in the loft which a previous tradesman had not been able to resolve but Joel immediately identified the problem and ordered / installed the new part promptly. Good aftercare over minor teething problems. Strongly recommend for a professional job."

Joel was fine at first, I got him back to fit the radiators at a later date and one was wonky. He became rude demanding money for all the radiators. I paid for them all but the one that was wonky. I sent photos with a spirit level and he still demanded money. When I came to sell the house I found out that he had not register the boiler with Gas Safe. I emailed for a notification of work and for him to provide a compliance certificate. Not surprisingly he still didn't do this.
