"Refurb of both a bathroom & kitchen in a 1 bed flat. CPC encountered problems and the job went from 4 to 10 wks. As the job went on, I started to become concerned with the quality of the work, considering the time and money being spent on it. CPC spent a day trying to rectify concerns, but I was not satisfied, and I’ve continued to find issues with the work and damages (damages to new and existing product in the flat was a big issue). Unsealed sink, unfitted spotlights, corners you can't see from the door uncompleted, paint on window, deep scratches in new floor, damage to new stone worktop."
