Cesar quoted £5,600 for a 10-day family-bathroom reno. Work started 23/04/24 after we paid 70% upfront. It then took Cesar more than 3 months to reach first-fix plumbing (see pics) with no indication work would start again. We were forced to find a replacement contractor at significant extra cost. Cesar has ignored all requests for partial refund. Cesar does not have the knowledge/skill/integrity to complete any non-trivial project. 5 months without family bathroom; major stress; major costs; complete apathy from Cesar. We strongly advise against Cesar for anything other than small jobs.
